Travelling By Plane

If you're travelling by plane, we'll need some information from you to provide an accurate price.

We need to know:

• your flow rate
•  preferred dates,
• destination
• flight duration

1. we need to know your destination and flight duration as this will be used to calculate the battery requirement with the flow rate you need (FAA requires 150% battery life for the flight) 
2. if you want to go ahead, we will need 2 forms of ID ( these are digitally uploaded) 
3. We prefer to have at least 3 weeks' notice; however, we will charge a late admin fee if it is less than 14 days from the date of travel 
4. our portable machines can supply up to 9lpm on pulse dose and 3lpm on constant flow 
5. remember to contact your airline to make sure any additional paperwork is filled out (check out our airline guidance)
