All warranty claims must be shipped back to The Oxygen Store for investigation and repair at the customers expense. Any "no fault found" scenarios will incur a charge of £56.00
The Oxygen Store can arrange shipping to and from your home for £35.00, however the customer accepts responsibility to ensure the units are packaged adequately for shipping.

Adjustable Rise Time

Adjustable rise time allows for longer or shorter oxygen delivery time, providing the same bolus of oxygen volume and accommodating a greater patient population.

autoSAT®: Clinically Proven Oxygen Delivery

Most portable oxygen concentrators (POCs) deliver a decreased bolus size as the patient’s breath rate increases.

To compensate with those devices, the user would need to manually increase the setting on the POC to ensure they receive enough oxygen during activity.

The Eclipse 5’s unique design includes CAIRE’s proprietary autoSAT technology, which maintains a consistent pulse dose volume for every breath as the patient’s respiratory rate changes
